Matthias Peltzer
Matthias Peltzer graduated as process engineer with a degree from the Technical University of Munich. He has been involved for over 10 years developing the sorptive air dehumidification technology with liquid sorbents . He worked closely with the group “Solar powered air conditioning” of the Bavarian Center for Applied Energy Research (ZAE Bayern eV) . Part of this collaboration, was to perfectionize and commercialize the innovative sorption technology. Therefore he not only has the theoretical background knowledge, the knowledge on how to protect this with IP rights, but also the practical experience.
Götz Ruprecht
Mr. Ruprecht has a long -standing experience in the organization of production, manufacturing and other operational processes, as well as the design with 3D CAD. He has spent over 20 years as the CEO of Azero GmbH and has on one hand a high technical knowledge, on the other hand, an extensive experience in human ressources management and in project planning, execution and controlling.
Robert Grüter
Robert Grüter at Digital Equipment Corp. where studied parallel business informatics at the Cooperative State University Mannheim. He has also successfully completed MBA programs at London Business School and Columbia University. He has over 20 years experience in sales/ business development of innovative technical products. He is co-founder of the BrainLAB AG, which he established in 60 countries as market leader. He served various functions from Sales Manager , Service Manager, General Manager of the European sales&service divison and member of the supervisory board.
