All products of the L-DCS Technology are completely made of polypropylene (PP) and therefore can be easily recycled. All system housings are available for indoor as well as for outdoor installation.
Evaporative Cooler
L-DCS provides indirect evaporative cooler according to the countercurrent principle for the production of cold water and cold air.
The evaporative coolers for the production of cold water are, like the L-DCS dehumidifiers, made of individual modules and can therefore easily be scaled according to individual requirements. They are also the ideal dry coolers for the L-DCS dehumidification systems if they are installed in the building exhaust air as adiabatic evaporator units.
They are also the core component for adiabatic humidification of the building exhaust air used in modern refrigeration recovery units. Their countercurrent flow allows a maximum of cooling energy recovery at low pressure losses. The evaporative coolers are equipped with the L-DCS Low-Flow © technology and therefore the small pumps require a very low power consumption.
The excess circulating water is disinfected by a UV light and then reused. In this way, only the actually evaporated water must be supplied. Since the entire system is built from corrosion-resistant material germ-free, fully desalinated water * (DI water) may be used without further precautions.
For cleaning purposes the system can be completely emptied.
